Classes, work, and everything in between. Start small and build consistency before adding more.

A few things you might be wondering

First-day questions, answered.

I've never worked out before. Can I start here?

That's who this is designed for. Use a comfortable range of motion and start with one round if needed. The last reps should take effort while still letting you maintain control. If you're unsure about a movement, ask a qualified trainer to demonstrate it.

What do I need for a home workout?

A clear space, a sturdy chair against a wall, and water. A mat is optional. The home routine uses bodyweight exercises.

How heavy should my gym weights be?

Begin very light. Choose a weight you can move smoothly for every repetition without straining or holding your breath. Learn the movement before increasing the weight.

Does this website cost anything?

This version is free to use. There is no checkout, subscription, or account required. Workout preferences and day check-ins are saved only in this browser.

What if I have pain or an injury?

Stop any exercise that causes pain. These are general routines, not personalized rehabilitation or medical advice. If you have an injury or medical concern, check with a qualified healthcare professional before starting.

You don't have to have it all figured out.

You just need a place to start.
